What the heck is a living trust, and why would I need one.  I tell all my clients they don't really "need" a living trust or any estate plan at all!  However, without the proper legal documents in place, the family may have more headaches than are necessary.  Plus, if you create an estate plan, things usually happen according to YOUR wishes...and not the wishes of others  So while you may not really need a living trust, you might actually WANT one.
