Time for an Estate Plan Tune-Up:
How long has it been since you've dusted off that old Estate Plan and taken a
good hard look at it? Chances are you haven't. Worse yet, does it

something you get once and forget about! Every year, most responsible
people go to their doctor for a checkup...simply because things change.

What the heck is a living trust, and why would I need one. I tell all my
clients they don't really "need" a living trust or any estate plan at all!
However, without the proper legal documents in place, the family may have more
headaches than are necessary. Plus, if you create an estate plan, things
usually happen according to YOUR wishes...and not the wishes of others So
while you may not really need a living trust, you might actually WANT one.
